Hire Charges
Please find our 2023 hire charges in the table below. We have fixed hourly rates for all our rooms and we offer a discounted rate for Lympstone residents.

Hirer Deposit
A fully refundable damages and breakages deposit is payable for one off hire. The deposit is promptly refunded following hire where the Hall is left in as found condition.
*Package Rates
- Wedding receptions and special events where the whole venue is hired.
- Lympstone residents – discounted party rates.
- Children’s art rates either for Main Hall, or the Community Room and its outside
space.
*Lympstone organisations and residents receive discounted Package Rates.
