Lympstone Garden Club

When

During the Autumn and Winter months from September onwards, there are a series of interesting talks on gardening related subjects. The talks are held on the 4th Wednesday of the month.

Introduction

Everyone who lives in Lympstone is a member. We have no annual subscription. All our events and talks are held at the Village Hall.

On the second Saturday of May each year there is a plant sale and coffee morning, starting at 10am and entry is £3 on the door.

On the third Saturday in August we hold the Lympstone Annual Garden Show – a village tradition. Its opens at 2pm with free entry for exhibitors and £1 for the public.

We organise an annual coach trip to a garden of interest and also visit RHS Rosemoor each year, varying the season.

Details of our activities are to be found on the noticeboard under the railway arch beside the village shop and also in various windows around the village. We aim to be as plastic free as possible so no longer display laminated posters outside.

Talks are held in the Community Room with doors opening at 7pm and talks starting at 7.30pm. Entry is £3 on the door. Refreshments are served.
