What’s On

Lympstone Players

We are a friendly, supportive and enthusiastic community theatre group based in the village of Lympstone.

Originally established in 1943 as a village society and currently with over 70 members, we have proudly produced over 120 plays, pantomimes and reviews. Our events programme is busy and varied, including monthly play readings, social evenings, workshops and fund-raising events.

We come from all walks of life and enjoy working together as volunteers to develop skills and entertain local audiences with a variety of theatrical productions. Drawing on our collective range of passions, knowledge and expertise, we aim for excellence as well as having fun in everything we do.

Members have the opportunity to be involved in all areas of theatre production, both on and off-stage and new members are always welcome since they bring fresh energy, skills and ideas.
