Introduction

Pilates:
‘Hi, I’m Lucy! I’m 26 years old and have recently moved down to the beautiful Devon coast from the Midlands. Movement has always been a huge part of my life – I’ve danced since I was little and was lucky enough to turn that passion into a career, performing professionally on cruise ships, in Greece, with the circus, in showgirl productions, and more.

Over the years, my love for health, fitness, and mindful movement grew stronger, and I decided to shift my focus from performing to helping others feel amazing in their own bodies. I’m a newly qualified Level 3 Mat Pilates instructor and currently working towards my Level 4 qualification, which will allow me to specialise in pre and postnatal Pilates.

My goal is to create a warm, safe, and friendly space where everyone, no matter their background or ability, can come to move, strengthen, and feel good. Whether you’re looking to improve your posture, build core strength, or simply take some time for yourself, I can’t wait to welcome you to class!

Love, Lucy x
