Mixed-ability Pilates class
These weekly Pilates classes are suitable for beginners and all levels. It welcomes men and women of all ages, including those new to Pilates, returning to exercise after injury, pre- and post-natal, navigating menopause, or simply looking to move better after long hours of sitting or working on their feet.
Pilates isn’t just about exercise, it’s about leveraging my knowledge and almost two decades of experience to help you move with greater ease, strength, and awareness. Each class is designed to support your whole body and mind, improving posture, mobility, balance, and overall wellbeing.
Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress, or recover safely from injury, my expert knowledge and experience ensures you move safely and effectively, gaining the maximum benefit from every movement.
Pilates is also a wonderful complement to other forms of exercise such as walking, cycling, running, swimming, or gym training, helping to restore balance in the body, reduce overuse strain, and support long-term movement health.
