Nurturing Maternity Support – Antenatal Classes
Friendly antenatal classes held at Lympstone Village Hall, led by Aimee Jones, supporting local expectant parents as they prepare for birth and early parenthood.
The classes run over five weeks and cover labour and birth, pain relief options, partner involvement, infant feeding, postnatal recovery, and the early days with a newborn. Sessions are relaxed, supportive, and informal, with plenty of opportunity for discussion and questions.
Each course also includes a goody bag and a one-to-one postnatal support session, offering continued support after your baby arrives.
