Zumba is exercise in a party atmosphere. The benefits of Zumba include weight loss, it helps to tone your body, boosts heart health, de-stresses, improves co-ordination and most importantly makes you happy.
This class is taken by fully insured, trained and registered Zumba instructor Kym Osborne. Kym has been doing Zumba for 10 years and teaching for 3 years.
Zumba is for everybody, but children must be accompanied by an adult.
